We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds under certain conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable for orders that are damaged or incorrect upon receipt.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

- Provide your order number and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request and process the refund if applicable.
Processing Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect order placement by the customer
- Perishable items that have been opened or consumed
