We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds under certain conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable for orders that are damaged or incorrect upon receipt.
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Procedure for Refunds:

  2. Provide your order number and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request and process the refund if applicable.

Processing Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placement by the customer
  • Perishable items that have been opened or consumed
